SPIN-CF Content Festival is a place for content lovers. It’s an idea aimed at the millions of people who enjoy making, watching, and creating all that online magic and wonder. SPIN-CF is for the people who want to shape the future of online video content and It’s your chance to be a part of it.

SPIN-CF Content Festival platform is a closed streaming platform, we like to see it as a large online Cinema Venue, that screens participating Films & content to the SPIN-CF audience to vote & rate.

SPIN-CF Member or USER is any person who uses the SPIN-CF platform.
SPIN-CF Participant is a creator who decides to participate in any contest or activity announced by SPIN-CF.

Welcome to SPIN-CF, please ensure you read the Terms in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review these Terms and Conditions regularly to familiarize yourself with any changes

REGISTRATION

The SPIN-CF Member must be at least 21 years old and there is no maximum age, Participants below this age will confirm that they took the consent and permission of their parent or legal guardian to participate. If SPIN-CF Participant is registering on behalf of a company or organisation, the participant confirms to us that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity, and that entity accepts this Agreement.
SPIN-CF Member must complete the profile form on the official website with all the required data, in case of the participant fills the registration form with fake or inaccurate data, the participant will be disqualified and deprived of any prize won (if any)
SPIN-CF is constantly changing and improving the platform. SPIN-CF may make modifications (to all or part of the platform) such as adding or removing features and functionalities, SPIN-CF may also need to alter or discontinue a function, or any part of it, in order to make performance or security improvements, make changes to comply with law or prevent illegal activities on or abuse of our systems.
SPIN-CF reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorized use of the service. If SPIN-CF terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity, SPIN-CF shall have no liability or responsibility to you, and will not refund any amounts that you have previously paid.

SPIN-CF CONTEST AND PARTICIPATING CONTENT:

SPIN-CF reserves the right, in their sole discretion for – but not limited to -: to disqualify SPIN-CF Participant or reject content according to announced policy and guidelines, to change contest dates, categories, modify or cancel any announced contest without notice, to hold the Prize delivery until proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed, to change, modify, cancel or terminate any of terms and conditions due to internal or external circumstances without to be entitled to give a reason.
SPIN-CF main objective is to empower and encourage freedom of creation for all creators, of all ages, languages, nationalities, and cultural background. SPIN-CF will accept: Content from all countries with any language, SPIN-CF has its own ethical publishing and participating guidelines. SPIN-CF aims to screen the Content that shows human values with the aim of rejecting violence, racism and accepting others. SPIN-CF will reject Content including, but not limited to, rights of privacy, publicity of any person, firm or corporation, and are not defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, hatred message, harassing, threatening, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, racist or otherwise objectionable topics that generate disunity between people. SPIN-CF professional film comity will be responsible to implement these guidelines strictly with zero tolerance for content not compatible with SPIN-CF guidelines
By agreeing on these terms, the Spin-CF Participant confirms that Spin-CF Participant owns the intellectual property right, publishing rights, actors, the subjects of documentary Content, the archival or music material. and all other rights related to the Content.
Spin-CF will have the right to make Spin-CF Participant’s content available the Spin-CF Participant Content through screening on-ground activities, in digital means on its, web and mobile applications within Spin-CF round that Spin-CF Participant had participated in.
SPIN-CF team may offer an official proposal (if applicable) to SPIN-CF Participant an opportunity to market and generates potential distribution opportunities for the SPIN-CF Participant content. SPIN-CF team will not proceed to market and generates potential distribution opportunities unless the SPIN-CF Participant sign agreement for the SPIN-CF official proposal.
The Spin-CF Participant shall indemnify and hold the Spin-CF harmless from any and all claims, liabilities and costs, losses, damages or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of any breach, allegation, third party claim or failure of any covenants or warranties made by the Spin-CF Participant herein. The Spin-CF Participant further holds harmless the Spin-CF against any third-party claim that the Content or the rights therein violate or infringe upon the rights of any third parties, provided such claim is reduced to a final, adverse judgment or is settled with Spin-CF Participant’s prior written consent. Spin-CF Participant agrees that the Spin-CF may make a public statement regarding its relationship with the Spin-CF Participant without the latter’s prior written approval in each instance.
SPIN-CF Participant ensures that the content is legally and ethically compatible with SPIN-CF Participant’s country of residency and the content doesn’t violate any laws or rules in SPIN-CF Participant’s country of residency and the laws of the United Arabs of Emirates.
All content submissions for all SPIN-CF contests must be within the announced assigned submission period, incomplete registration will disqualify SPIN-CF Participants, and any submission after the submission closing date will be discarded.
The subscription fee (if applicable) must be paid for accepting your content formally, if the content was presented & viewed on SPIN-CF channels you will no longer be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your subscription.
Content makers cannot use more than 15% of online stock material for the whole content duration, the content must be translated into English subtitles. However, a copy can be sent without translation if the main language is English, whereas the content creator undertakes to send a translated version if it is chosen to be a part of the festival screening.
SPIN-CF jury decisions for winners and prizes are final and binding. SPIN-CF Participant acknowledge that decision can’t be appealed.
Winners and prizes will be announced on SPIN-CFcontentfestival.com on a scheduled date, all winners will be notified on their registered emails, winners will be able to claim their Prizes once they prove their identity and eligibility, unclaimed prizes within 30 days from the announcement date will be confiscated. Winners are solely responsible for any and all expenses and charges relating to the Prize
SPIN-CF Participant agrees to let SPIN-CF use the content trailer, images, media or any other material in its marketing and PR campaigns.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which SPIN-CF collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a ‘User’) of the www.spincontentfestival.com website and SPIN-CF app (‘Site/App’) (“Data”). This privacy policy applies to the Site/App and all products and services offered by SPIN-CF (the “Service”). SPIN-CF use your Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Personal Data: SPIN-CF may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources SPIN-CF make available on our Site/App. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, their name, email address, and credit card information. To personalize user experience: SPIN-CF may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site/App. To improve our Site/App: SPIN-CF may use the feedback you provide to improve our products and services. To process payments: SPIN-CF may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) relating to, arising out of, or in any way in connection with any of the following: (a) your access to or use of our Service, including information provided in connection therewith; (b) your breach or alleged breach of our Terms of Service; or (c) any misrepresentation made by you. You will cooperate as fully as required by us in the defence or settlement of any Claim.
Disclaimers: You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not interfere with or disrupt any other user’s experience. You understand and accept that SPIN-CF cannot be held responsible for any interaction you do within the “Chat” feature on SPIN-CF. Any violation of these Terms may result in the suspension of the Service.
SPIN-CF reflects a diverse community of cultures, ages, and beliefs and aims to create and remain a safe and open environment for everyone. By using SPIN-CF, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Service. SPIN-CF is committed to these guidelines, and SPIN-CF hopes you are too. Violating these principles may result in deleted content, disabled or blocked accounts, or other restrictions.
You are solely responsible for all audio, code, video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (“Content”) that you upload, post, publish or display (hereinafter, “upload”) or email or otherwise use via the Service. The following are examples of the kind of content and/or use that is illegal or prohibited by SPIN-CF and SPIN-CF reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in SPIN-CF’s sole discretion, violates the guidelines, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Service, suspending or terminating the account of such violators. engage in any conversation or otherwise upload any content that (i) infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party; (ii) poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person; (iii) constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, commercial activities and/or sales, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” “contests,” “sweepstakes,” or any other form of solicitation; (iv) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or; (v)in the sole judgment of SPIN-CF is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Service, or which may expose SPIN-CF or its users to any harm or liability of any type; record any portion of a conversation without the express consent of all of the speakers involved. share information that the speaker explicitly stated was to be treated as “off the record”. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; or violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law; impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 21; harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized; copy the Service’s features or user interface, or solicit users or customers from the Service; promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities; or obtain or attempt to access or otherwise obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service.
Each of us is an important part of the SPIN-CF community. If you see something that you think may violate our guidelines, please help us by using our reporting option. SPIN-CF have a team that reviews these reports and works as quickly as possible to remove content that doesn’t meet our guidelines. When you complete the report, try to provide as much information as possible, such as links, usernames, and descriptions of the content, so SPIN-CF can find and review it quickly. SPIN-CF may remove and get to the point of blocking the account of users that violate our guidelines.

SPIN-CF respects the intellectual property of others and takes the protection of copyrights and all other intellectual property very seriously, and SPIN-CF asks our users to do the same. Infringing activity will not be tolerated on or through the Site or the SPIN-CF Service. SPIN-CF’s intellectual property policy is to (1) remove material that SPIN-CF believes in good faith, upon notice from an intellectual property owner or their agent, is infringing the intellectual property of a third party by being made available through the Site, and (2) remove any Products or Submissions posted to the Site by “repeat infringers.” SPIN-CF considers a “repeat infringer” to be any user that has uploaded Products or Submissions to the Service and for whom SPIN-CF has received more than two takedown notices compliant (c) with respect to such Products or Submissions. You should consult with your own lawyer 2 to confirm your obligations to provide a valid notice of claimed infringement.
Counter-Notification. If you receive a notification from SPIN-CF that material made available by you on or through the Site or the SPIN-CF Service has been the subject of a Notification of Claimed Infringement, then you will have the right to provide SPIN-CF with what is called a “Counter-Notification.” To be effective, a Counter Notification must be in writing, and include substantially the following information: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber; Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled; A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
By using this Site/App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site/App. Your continued use of the Site/App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
This Agreement, and your relationship with SPIN-CF under this Agreement, will be governed by United Arabs of Emirates Law, and legal disputes may be brought in the courts of the United Arabs of Emirates.
SPIN-CF will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.
SPIN-CF doesn’t make any promises about the Content provided through the platform; its accuracy, reliability, availability, or ability to meet audience needs; or that any Content you submit will be accessible or stored on the platform.
SPIN-CF shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, if and to the extent that failure is due to reasons of force majeure or changes in law or regulations or any other occurrence beyond SPIN-CF’s reasonable control.
If you stopped using SPIN-CF, the terms of this Agreement will continue to apply to you
If it turns out that a particular term of this Agreement is not enforceable for any reason, this will not affect any other terms.
SPIN-CF may transfer all or part of this Agreement to an Affiliate
SPIN-CF delay/no-action against SPIN-CF Member violation to these terms and conditions doesn’t mean that SPIN-CF is giving up any rights that it may have (such as the right to take action in the future).
